Sunset over the city from Watson's Bay - Sydney

An afternoon of basketball in Watson's Bay in October 2006, and we were rewarded with a great sunset over the city.
I sometimes miss the sunset over the ocean (in the South-West of France for example). And still, when leaving on the Eastern coast, once in a while, one of those comes around: it feels eerie and is amazing!

Lunch at Cottage Point, and... A surprise...

Great day along the Hawksburry river, and lunch at Cottage Point Inn. While enjoying the moment, came this kookaburra, obviously used to being fed there.

It was the kind of unexpected photo where you scramble for your camera, and seeing the result, makes you glad you made the effort...

Relaxing at home - Sydney

This was taken at home, and the subject here is Pepita (Yes, I know...), an axolotl... Pretty weird animal. Beast? Not too sure sometimes.
The outdoor light and the choice of black & white only added to the eerie feeling of the photo.
